About Susanna Gregory
Susanna Gregory (born 1954) is a British author best known for her historical whodunit novels set in 14th-century England. Born in West Sussex, she studied English at Oxford University and worked as a teacher and journalist before turning to writing. Gregory's debut novel, "A Murder of Quality" (1996), introduced the character of Matthew Bartholomew, a young Benedictine monk with a keen eye for solving mysteries.
