Joshua Dalzelle is an American author known for his literary fiction and historical novels. Dalzelle grew up in rural Pennsylvania and studied English at the University of Pittsburgh. His debut novel, "Spire," was published in 2007 and received critical acclaim for its lyrical prose and evocative setting. The book went on to win the Bakeless Literary Prize and the Colorado Book Award for Fiction.
