Cleo Coyle, born Barbara Curtis, is an American mystery writer known for her historical and culinary-themed novels. After earning a bachelor's degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and working as a teacher, she pursued writing and published her debut novel, "Death Al Dente," in 1994.
