Tabitha King (born Tabitha Jane Spruce) is an American novelist, producer, and actress. She is the wife of horror author Stephen King. Born in Old Town, Maine, King attended the University of Maine at Orono, where she met her husband. She began writing in the 1970s and has since published numerous novels and short stories. Her most notable works include: * The Trap (1985) * One Last Dance (2010) * Small World (2017) King has received the Bram Stoker Award for Best Novel for "One Last Dance" and has been nominated for several other awards. Her work has been praised for its strong characterization, atmospheric settings, and suspenseful plots. King has also produced several films, including the 1984 adaptation of "Children of the Corn."
