About Erica Spindler

Erica Spindler is an American author of over thirty suspense novels and thrillers. Born in 1950 in Indianapolis, she has been writing since she was a teenager. Spindler graduated from Indiana University with a degree in journalism and worked as a newspaper reporter before turning to writing full-time. Spindler's debut novel, "Paper Flowers," was published in 1988. She has since released numerous best-selling novels, including "Forbidden Fruit," "Dead of Night," and "Cold Whisper." Her work has been translated into over 25 languages and has sold millions of copies worldwide. Spindler has received numerous awards for her writing, including the RT Book Reviews Lifetime Achievement Award and the WH Smith Thumping Good Read Award. She is known for her intense psychological thrillers that explore the darker aspects of human nature. Spindler's novels are praised for their suspenseful plots, well-developed characters, and thought-provoking themes.
