Rick Mofina is an American author and journalist best known for his works of creative nonfiction. Born in 1952, he has made a name for himself with his evocative and emotionally resonant writing. Mofina's most notable work is "The Everlasting Instant: A Story of Love, Murder, and the Fight for Justice" (2009), a true-crime memoir that explores the aftermath of a brutal slaying in Jacksonville, Florida.
