Lisa Jewell is a best-selling British author known for her psychological thrillers. Born in London, she began writing in 2003 and has since published 19 novels. Jewell's early novels, including "Ralph's Party" (2004) and "Thirty Nothing" (2005), explored the lives of ordinary people in contemporary society. Her breakthrough came in 2012 with "Before I Met You," which became an international bestseller and won the RNA Novel of the Year Award.
