Bentley Little (born October 23, 1960) is an American author known for his horror novels. Born in Tempe, Arizona, Little began writing horror in the 1980s. His first novel, "The Revelation," was published in 1988 and became a bestseller. He has since published over 40 novels, including "The Children," "The Store," and "The Town." Little's novels are characterized by their gruesome violence and psychological suspense. He has received positive reviews from critics, with Stephen King praising his "uncommonly dark and terrifying" writing. Little has won numerous awards, including the Bram Stoker Award for Best Novel for his 1998 novel "The Missing." His works have been translated into over 20 languages.
