Victoria Aveyard

Victoria Aveyard is an American author known for her fantasy novels. Born and raised in Massachusetts, Aveyard graduated from the University of Southern California in 2014. Her debut novel, "Red Queen," was published in 2015 and quickly became a bestseller. It is the first installment in a series of five books that follow the story of a young woman with magical powers in a society divided by blood. Aveyard's other works include "Glass Sword" (2016), "King's Cage" (2017), "War Storm" (2018), and "Iron Heart" (2019). Collectively, the "Red Queen" series has sold millions of copies worldwide and has been translated into over 40 languages. Aveyard's writing has been praised for its strong female characters, intricate world-building, and thrilling storytelling. She has received numerous awards and nominations, including the Goodreads Choice Award for Best Young Adult Fantasy & Science Fiction in 2015 and 2016.
