Tess Gerritsen

Tess Gerritsen is an American physician and best-selling author. Born in 1953, she initially pursued medicine, completing medical school at Stanford University in 1979. Gerritsen's breakthrough came in 1996 with the publication of her novel "Harvest," a medical thriller that introduced the character Dr. Jane Rizzoli.
