Tami Hoag

Tami Hoag is an acclaimed American crime fiction author known for her gripping suspense novels. Born in Iowa in 1959, she pursued a career in nursing before turning to writing full-time in the early 1990s. Hoag's breakthrough came with her debut novel, "Nightscream" (1995), which introduced the detective duo Det. Nikki Liska and FBI Agent Sam Holland.
