Stuart MacBride

Stuart MacBride is a Scottish crime writer known for his gritty and atmospheric novels. Born in Dumfries in 1969, he worked as a diver and a journalist before pursuing writing full-time. MacBride's first novel, "Cold Granite," introduced Detective Sergeant Logan McRae, a sardonic and flawed protagonist.
