Keith Robinson

Keith Robinson (born November 10, 1976) is an American actor, singer-songwriter, and dancer. He is best known for his roles as David Ruffin in the miniseries "The Temptations" (1998), Ricky Bell in the miniseries "New Edition Story" (2017), and Deacon Hayes in the ABC drama series "Nashville" (2016-2018). Robinson began his career as a dancer on the television show "Soul Train" in the early 2000s. He made his film debut in the 2003 movie "Honey" and has since appeared in numerous films and television shows, including "Dreamgirls" (2006), "This Christmas" (2007), and "American Soul" (2019). In addition to his acting career, Robinson is also a successful singer-songwriter. He has released three albums, including "Keith Robinson" (2003), "Love & War" (2005), and "The Journey" (2014). His songs have been featured in several films and television shows, including "The Temptations" and "Nashville." Robinson has received numerous awards and accolades for his work, including two Black Reel Awards for his role in "The Temptations" and a Grammy Award nomination for his song "Love & War."
