Kate Quinn

Kate Quinn is an American historical fiction author best known for her novels set during World War II. Born in 1964, she grew up near Albany, New York. After graduating from Boston College, she worked as a corporate lawyer before pursuing her writing career. Quinn's breakthrough novel, "The Alice Network," won the Goodreads Choice Award for Historical Fiction in 2017. It tells the story of a female spy during the war and has been praised for its strong female characters and historical accuracy. Other notable works include "The Huntress," "The Rose Code," and "The Diamond Eye." Quinn's novels have been translated into over 30 languages and have sold millions of copies worldwide.
