Ann Hazelwood

Ann Hazelwood (born 1959) is an American author known for her historical fiction novels. Born in Georgia, she earned a degree in journalism from Auburn University and worked in public relations before pursuing writing full-time. Hazelwood's first novel, "The River's Song," was published in 2012 and became a national bestseller. She has since written several other historical novels, including "The Fire's Daughter" (2014), "The Shadow King" (2016), and "The Inheritance of Secrets" (2019).
