Andrew Grant

Andrew Grant (born 1957) is a British novelist known for his historical thrillers. Grant studied English and drama at the University of Bristol before working as an actor and playwright. He turned to writing novels in 1995, with the publication of "Shadow of the Eagle," the first in his series featuring the Roman detective Corvus. Grant's novels are set in various historical periods and often involve political intrigue, espionage, and mystery. He has received critical acclaim for his vivid storytelling, attention to detail, and ability to blend historical events with fictional characters. Some of his notable works include "The Great Fire," "The Tudor Cipher," and "The Fabric of Time."
