Adam Frost

Adam Frost is a British gardener, broadcaster, and author. Born in 1965, he began his horticulture career as a trainee at the Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew. Frost is best known for his work as a gardening expert on BBC's "Gardeners' World" and "Countryfile." As an author, Frost has written numerous books on gardening, including "Real Gardens," "The Complete Gardener," and "Vegetables and Fruit." His books are practical guides with a focus on organic and environmentally conscious gardening techniques. Frost has received several awards for his work, including the Royal Horticultural Society's Veitch Memorial Medal and an Honorary Doctorate from the University of Lincoln. He has also been recognized for his outreach efforts in schools and communities, promoting the importance of gardening and healthy living.
